Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the item must:

Be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.

Have all original tags and packaging intact.

Not be damaged, altered, or worn.

Be accompanied by a valid order confirmation or invoice.
Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a return or refund.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:

Products purchased during clearance or final sale.

Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling by the customer.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund via email.
If your return is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the amount to reflect in your account.
Exchange
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or exchange after verifying the issue.
Return Shipping
If the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect product sent by U DEN, we will bear the return shipping cost.
For returns due to a change of mind, incorrect size selection, or any customer-related reason, the customer may be responsible for the return shipping charges.
