1. Order Processing

After your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be calculated and displayed during checkout.

International Orders: 7–21 business days (depending on the destination and customs clearance)
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, customs procedures, or other unforeseen circumstances.
3. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number, allowing you to monitor your shipment in real time.
4. Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional charges imposed by their country's customs authorities.
U DEN is not responsible for these charges. Please check with your local customs office before placing an international order.
5. Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship across India and to selected international destinations.
If we are unable to deliver to your location, we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund if payment has already been received.
6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, U DEN is not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages.
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damaged product. We will review the issue and assist you with an appropriate resolution.

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are accurate before completing your purchase.
U DEN is not responsible for orders delayed, returned, or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
